This site doesn't track you, use analytics or set advertising cookies. The only personal details it collects are the ones you choose to send through the contact form.
Who is responsible
/Husted. is responsible for your details. For anything about your data, email ben@husted.world.
What is collected
When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, company and budget (if you add them), what you need help with, and your message.
Why, and on what basis
Only to reply to your enquiry and talk about working together. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you've asked to be contacted, and the details are needed to answer. Your details are never sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
- FormSubmit, which delivers the form to the inbox.
- Google Workspace, which hosts the email.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its videos.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typeface.
Like any website, Cloudflare and Google see your IP address when the page loads. Some of these services may process data outside the UK, under their own safeguards.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted. If we end up working together, the details are kept for as long as the work and any legal records need them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how they're used, at any time. Email ben@husted.world. If you're unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
